The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

If you are unable to download the solicitation documents please send a request to BaghdadGSOProcurement@state.gov

The deadline for submittal of quotes is 12:00 noon (Baghdad time) on January 31, 2013. All bids must be submitted electronically to BaghdadGSOProcBid@state.gov or hand delivered as per the instructions provided. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
