The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

The deadline for submittal of quotes is 12:00 noon (Baghdad time) on January 5, 2013. All bids must be submitted electronically to BaghdadGSOProcBid@state.gov or hand delivered as per the instructions provided.  Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
