The deadline for submittal of quotes is 12:00 noon (Baghdad time) on November 25, 2012. All bids must be submitted electronically to  BaghdadGSOProcBid@state.gov or hand delivered as per the instructions provided. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
