Solicitation SAQMMA-12-R-0130 Baghdad Life Support Services (BLiSS)

The U.S. Embassy is soliciting proposals to replace life support services currently provided by Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) under the Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) and by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).  While the prime contract will be awarded to a U.S. based company for security reasons, these companies will be soliciting Iraq companies to subcontract on this solicitation 

The BliSS contract will provide for life support services to employees and a limited number of contractors at three sites in Iraq, namely at the Baghdad Embassy Compound, the Baghdad Diplomatic Service Center and the Basrah Consulate General. 

The U.S. Embassy intends to award an IDIQ type contract.  If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please download the below listed document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions.  Proposals are due in Washington, DC by 5 pm EST on April 10, 2013, at the address and in the format described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).   For further information, see the following documents:
