Directions to the Erie VA Medical Center

Interstate 79 North to Interstate 90 East Exit Interstate at 'Exit 27' – Turn left. Go through two traffic lights. The third light has a 'Y' intersection and you need to keep right. The second floor entrance and parking lot to the VA will be 1 mile on your left. Follow the parking lot roadway to the front of the building for the first floor main entrance.

Directions to the Ashtabula County Clinic

From the Erie VA , take I-90 Westbound for approximately 41.5 miles. Take the OH – 11 exit towards Ashtabula. Follow North 11 for approximately 5.8 miles. This road will end in a 'T'. Turn left and follow route OH-531. You'll drive through the harbor district and go across a small, narrow drawbridge and then you'll see little shops. The road has several curves, including another left hand turn after the harbor district shopping. The road becomes Lake Avenue. There will be a McDonald's on your left followed by a shopping plaza with a dollar store and a little ice cream shop, all on your left. Shortly after these landmarks, you will see a plaza to your left. There is a sign for Dasco Paper on the entrance to the plaza. This is the plaza where the clinic is located. The clinic is located on right side of the plaza as you face the building. Park along the side and enter through the front.

Directions to the Crawford County Clinic

From Erie VAMC, take I-90 to I-79 South. Take exit 147A towards Meadville, Route 322 East. After exiting continue straight through several lights. Stay in right hand lane, you'll turn right to get to the plaza. Park Avenue Plaza is approximately 2 miles on your left. After passing a bowling alley on your right, there is a sign for Park Avenue Plaza and an exit to your right. Take the exit, you will pass under 322 and enter the Plaza. The clinic is located beside the Plaza Dry Cleaners. Park Avenue Plaza landmarks: The plaza has Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza Hut in front of it.

Directions to the Warren County Clinic

Option 1
Take I-90 to I-86 East toward Jamestown. Exit at Strunk Road, exit 11. Turn Right on Strunk Road. Turn Left onto Fluvanna Ave / NY 430. Turn slight right on to Washington St. Washington St. becomes NY 60 South. Turn Right onto US 62. Proceed to Warren clinic, 2-story brick building, right side of street, Farm Colony Drive. If you reach the Warren Mall / Arby’s, you have gone too far.

Option 2
Take Route 6 East to Warren. Exit at Route 62 North. Follow Route 62 North through town. The clinic is north of Warren and just north of the Warren mall (about 2 miles) on left.

Directions to the Venango County Clinic

From Erie VAMC:  Turn right onto Old French Rd./PA-97 South.  Merge onto I-90 W.  Merge onto I-79 S via Exit 22A toward Pittsburgh.  Merge onto US-322 E via Exit 147A toward Meadville.  Turn right onto Linden St/US-322.  Turn right onto S Main St./US-322. Continue to follow US-322.  Turn left onto Liberty St./US-322/US-62/PA-8.  Turn left onto Washington Xing./US-62/PA-8. Continue to follow US-62/PA-8. Clinic is on the right.  End at Pennwood Center, 464 Allegheny Blvd Franklin, PA 16323-6259.

Directions to the McKean County Clinic

Start out going northeast on E 38th Street toward Holland Street. Turn right onto Old French Road/PA-97. Turn slight left onto PA-505/Perry Highway. Continue to follow Perry Highway. Merge onto I-90 E via the ramp on the left. Merge onto I-86 E via Exit 37 toward Jamestown (Crossing into New York). Take the US-219 S exit, Exit 23, toward Limestone/Bradford PA Turn right onto US-219 S (Crossing into Pennsylvania). Take the Forman St/PA-346 W ramp. Turn left onto Davis St/PA-346. Turn right onto Forman St/PA-346. End at 23 Kennedy St Bradford, PA 16701-2065. Turn right onto Kennedy Street.
