Applying for Health Care Benefits

If you are interested in applying for VA health care benefits and services, please contact our Eligibility department by calling the Medical Center at 814-868-8661 or toll free 1-800-274-8387.  Ask for “Eligibility” during normal business hours or the Medical Administration Assistant on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.  You can also Apply Online by filling out an application electronically.
