United States Department of Veterans Affairs

Erie VA Medical Center

Homeless Care Team

The Department of Veterans Affairs believes that no Veteran should ever be homeless, and Erie VA is committed to helping Veterans find their way to safe, stable housing.

In an effort to end homelessness among Veterans, Erie VA provides health care and supportive services to local homeless Veterans, or Veterans at risk of becoming homeless. We offer a wide range of resources, including transitional and permanent housing, case management, dental and medical care and other supportive services, that aim to meet you where you are — and guide you to where you want to be.

Veterans are engaged in treatment programs that enable them to develop skills to live independently and achieve a better quality of life. When you enter our programs, our specially trained staff will guide you through each step, providing personalized case management that caters to your needs.

We’re here to serve you. Don’t hesitate to stop by or call — anytime.

"No Veteran should be living on the streets
