U.S. Embassy Sponsors Digital Video Conference on Pediatric Hernias

Medical students and doctors from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Barbados benefited from a distance seminar on pediatric hernias on Monday August 13 at the U.S. Embassy, Bridgetown. 

This interactive lecture, offered at no cost to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, provided an opportunity for local medical professionals to interact with Dr. Douglas Katz, a pediatrician with 20 years of experience in the fields of surgery and pediatrics.
