IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BASE VISITORS: Due to increased security measures on base, non-affiliated personnel no longer have free entry to the base employment office; however, you may apply to any positions listed on the employment web sites. If you would like to visit the Civilian Personnel Office, you will need to obtain a visitors pass from the 88th Security Forces Squadron Pass & Registration Center at Bldg 286, in Area A, near the Gate 15A (OH State Route 844) entrance. This facility can provide passes for short-term visits to Civilian Personnel, Building 2, 2000 Allbrook Drive. Please note that all visitors to Wright-Patterson must have a sponsor. The sponsor must meet them at the Security Forces Pass & Registration Center, or the sponsor can login to the Air Force Portal (a restricted website for Air Force employees) to submit a Visitor Request Form.  The sponsor must be a Wright-Patterson military or civilian employee with DOD ID and CAC-enabled Air Force Portal access.  The sponsor must be able to provide a Social Security Number and phone number to sponsor guests onto the installation.

EXCEPTIONS: Contractor personnel are prohibited from sponsoring guests onto the installation. The visitor request form cannot be used for foreign nationals. If you feel that you need personal attention, please call the Civilian Personnel Office at 937-257-8305 or the Security Forces Pass & Registration Center at 937-257-6506. Information provided is protected under the Privacy Act of 1974.

Retired Information: Retirees must provide proof of eligibility by showing their expired ID card or a copy of their Retirement Notification of Personnel Action (SF-50) and may go directly to the Military Personnel Flight for a replacement ID.
