U.S. Embassy Commemorates 11th anniversary of 9/11

The U.S. Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission Donald Lu and his wife, Ariel Ahart, commemorate the 11th anniversary of 9/11 by volunteering with Save the Children

The U.S. Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission Donald Lu and his wife, Ariel Ahart, commemorate the 11th anniversary of 9/11 by volunteering with Save the Children today.  They are pretending to be Indian tigers ahead of a trip to the zoo for the children.  In the United States, 9/11 is marked as a National Day of Service.  In India, the U.S. Embassy community participated in volunteer events in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, CanSupport, Swati, Make A Difference, and Very Special Arts India.
