Appointments are required for all non-immigrant visa (NIV) interviews. To make an appointment for a NIV interview, please go to the online scheduling system, select “Sudan” for country and “Khartoum” for city, and follow the instructions. You will receive confirmation of your interview date and time. You MUST bring your printed confirmation sheet with barcode to your interview.
Public Hours
Appointments for NIV interviews will be scheduled Sunday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with the exception of Sudanese and American holidays.
We accept applications for diplomatic and official visas Sunday through Thursday, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
