Information Resource Center

The U.S. Information Resource Center (IRC) at the Embassy at Wildey engages in outreach programs to youth, schools and libraries in the Eastern Caribbean, and oversees American Corners located in the public libraries in Antigua and Dominica.

The IRC also provides an outreach and reference service to Barbados and Eastern Caribbean government officials, academics, non-governmental organizations, and the general public. At the IRC patrons can access eLibraryUSA which includes more than 10,000 magazines and peer-reviewed journals, adult's and children's encyclopedias, and more than 20,000 e-books.
