Additional Visa Pages
To apply for additional visa pages in your U.S. passport, please bring your valid U.S. passport, completed form DS-4085, and the $82 fee (payable in US dollars, Mexican pesos, or credit card) to room 106 Monday through Friday except holidays between 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary for the additional pages service. In addition, there is no requirement that the bearer of the passport appear, so the application and the fee can be sent in via through another trusted person.
Please note that due to the $82 fee to insert pages in to an existing passport, many adult clients choose instead to apply for a replacement U.S. passport using form DS-82. This can be done even if there is remaining validity on the current passport. The cost of a full 10-year passport for DS-82 users is currently $110. An applicant who travelers frequently should specify that the would like the 52-page book which is no additional cost and will obviate the future need for extra pages.
