Sponsorship and Youth Sponsorship are both available at RIA-G. For Civilian Sponsorship, please contact the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center at (309) 782-1773 and for Youth Sponsorship, contact either the Relocation Assistance Program (309) 782-3896 or DSN 793-3896, Toll Free 877-882-3896, TTY (309) 782-4239 or Children and Youth Services School Liaison Office (309) 782-6515 or DSN 793-6515. Due to the high number of tenant organizations on the installation (60+), Military Sponsorship is handled through your individual Command. If you have not heard from your Sponsor, please contact your Command so it can be followed up on.
There is no central In-Processing point for military personnel. All new personnel should report according to their commands directions. Personnel reporting after hours or on weekends are directed to go to the Police Desk, located at the corner of Rodman and Gillespie Avenues. We strongly encourage new individuals to set up a PO Box for forwarding your mail until you can get settled. This can either be handled by your local Post Office, or your sponsor may be able to assist you with such.
