INTERACTIVE CUSTOMER EVALUATION (ICE) Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) is a web-based tool for collecting feedback about the services provided by various organizations throughout the Department of Defense (DoD). It allows customers to submit on-line comment cards to rate the service providers that they have encountered at military bases and related facilities around the world. It allows service providers to collect customer satisfaction data in a standardized format, which is stored in the ICE database. It also provides customers with a convenient and efficient method to express their opinions to service providers and receive feedback.
