PAGO, American Samoa (Oct. 1, 2009) - Tech. Sgt. Carissa Maxson of the U.S. Air National Guard surveys damage here that resulted from the Sept. 29 tsunami. Maxson is assigned to the 154th Medical Group/Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear and Explosives Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) providing support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
