Atmospheric Science

The University of California, Davis offers a full program of study leading to Bachelors (B.S.), Masters (M.S.) and Doctoral (Ph.D.) degrees in Atmospheric Science. Our B.S. program conforms to the national accreditation standards set by the National Weather Service and the American Meteorological Society. The M.S. and Ph.D. programs are overseen by the Atmospheric Science Graduate Group. Our graduate program targets a diverse range of specialties including:

Small class sizes foster student-instructor interaction. Students can pursue topics in observations, instrumentation, theory, modelling and computation.
