NO FEAR Act Data

Back to EEO: An Overview

On May 15, 2002, President Bush signed into law the Notification and Federal Employee Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation (No FEAR) Act. The Act became effective on October 1, 2003. The No FEAR Act increased Federal agency accountability for acts of discrimination or reprisal against employees. It requires U.S. government agencies to publish reports describing in detail the number and nature of discrimination complaints filed against them, and how the agencies are working to resolve the discrimination complaints.

Below is a link to the No FEAR report for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia (CSOSA). The data on this page is posted for the period ending the 1st quarter FY 2013.
