Site Code Policy

The Site Code Working Group had released a final draft version of the Site Code Policy. The Site Code Working Group participants included staff from the Cooperative Groups, CTEP’s Pharmaceutical Management Branch (PMB), Clinical Trials Monitoring Branch (CTMB), and Clinical Investigations Branch (CIB), from the Division of Cancer Prevention (DCP), from contractors supporting the Cancer Trials Support Unit (CTSU), Enterprise Core Unit (ECU), AdEERs, and CDUS. The goals of the working group are to clarify the process of assigning CTEP institution codes, to resolve institution code discrepancies, and to develop tools to better manage roster data.

The policy document will also be posted on the CTSU web site, under the CTSU Operations Information link, under the Education & Resources tab. This policy will also be Emailed to CCOP investigators and managers and the Cooperative Group administrators, Group audit coordinator and membership coordinator.
