Unable to access myInvoice

Contractors/Vendors:
      If you are unable to access myInvoice now (and could previously) and are getting the message "INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THE WEBPAGE", you have probably received an upgrade to Internet Explorer. Please delete all of your old certificates, then download and install ALL of the certificates.

     If you still have problems, call the myInvoice Systems Helpdesk at 877-692-5260, option 1 or 614-701-5600, option 1.
