Regional Office Locations & Hours of Service

The Oakland Regional Office is located on the 12th floor, North Tower of the Oakland Federal Building at 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612.

Walk-In interviews for VA benefits assistance are available at the Oakland Regional Office Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.

The Sacramento VA Satellite Office is located at 10365 Old Placerville Road, Sacramento, CA 95827

Interviews at the Sacramento VA Satellite Office will be available on Tuesdays and Thursday by appointment only.  Appointments will be made available on-site on these two days on a first come first serve basis at 0830am.  Appointment times will range from 9am to 3:30pm.  No interviews will be offered on Monday, Wednesday or Friday in the Sacramento VA Satellite Office.

VA Benefits Counselors are available to answer questions by telephone at  800-827-1000 between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.
