In the Wiesbaden area there are several major construction projects underway which are part of a multi-million dollar community wide transformation project. Chris Knoblauch takes us to Wiesbaden Army Airfield for a ground breaking ceremony where construction on one of the biggest pieces of that project has officially begun.
