Data Entry of Soil Series

Normal Form of the Soil Series is: LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

L = AlphaNumeric(A-Z & 0-9 Allowed)Text Field - Maximum characters allowed is limited by entry space available!)

Soil Series Name will look like these Examples: Holdrege, Summit, Miami. The Query results can be limited by selecting a classification type "correlated, field, sample as, ssl" from the left entry box.(Remember ONE Series Name per Query).

Asterisk Character can replace any letter or groups of letters! ..Example: Holdr* or *rege, the Per-Cent Character can be used as a single letter place holder in groups of letters! ..Example: Hol%rege, M%%mi or Summ%t.

"PLEASE use these WILD CHARACTERS carefully so the whole database is not downloaded!"

If you are not successful finding your series it is suggested you seek your information by Country, State Admin Div, and County option. This option will give you an array of data from the state or area of interest. The Advanced Query is available but requires more knowledge to use. It is suggested you review the USER MANUAL. This browser interface works best with MS-Explorer.
