Happy New Year and welcome to 2013! Let me take this time to thank those level 1 and 2 A/OPCs who took the time to respond to our Loyalty Survey last year. We are grateful for all your thoughts and comments, especially with regard to how we can continuously improve the GSA SmartPay® Charge Card and Related Payment Services Program. It is in response to your feedback that we are embarking on this blog! In this inaugural entry (and yes, I’ve been told to keep it brief), I thought it would be a good idea to set the stage by outlining the blog themes our Service Delivery Director, Erin Vandagna, and her staff have planned monthly through this year.
