Welcome to the American Citizens Services section!

Please note that all of our services are by appointment only. See below to learn more, and make your appointment. Remember, our most popular services, including adding visa pages in adult passports and renewing most adult passports, can be done by third parties, such as a messenger or helper, but the applicant must be physically present in Hong Kong or Macau. In addition, to reduce wait times, please ensure you have completed all forms prior to coming to your appointment. In particular, if you are applying for additional passport pages, ensure your form is completed in its entirety. American Citizens Services strives to provide you with services as efficiently as possible; wait times for those with an appointment generally average one hour. For our current hours and holiday information, please see Hours and Holidays.
