Yard Debris Not Allowed With Normal Trash
In Missouri, it is against the law to put lawn clippings, leaves, small tree limbs, etc., in Missouri landfills. Therefore, yard waste cannot be put in the trash. A service has been provided for yard debris pickup. Yard debris is removed on base housing normal trash day by the refuse contractor. Main trash will be picked up and then the refuse contractor makes another round to pick up yard waste.

When putting yard debris curbside, it is very important that it is in a biodegradable bag which is generally available at the self-help store. Plastic bags are not permitted. Regular household trash, or anything that is not yard waste, cannot be included in the yard waste bag. If included, the bag will not be picked up.

No Trespassing
Trespassing is prohibited on any of the base firing ranges. Trespassing is not only illegal but dangerous due to weapons firing.

The 40MM grenade range is located on the east side of the base adjacent to D highway. The rifle, pistol, shotgun and machine gun ranges are located directly behind Bldg. 1236.

If entry must be made during duty hours, call Combat Arms at 687-5124. During non-duty hours please contact the 509th Security Forces Squadron law enforcement desk at 687-3700.
