Benjamin H. Hoffman, M.D., M.P.H. (Texas) Benjamin H. Hoffman MD, MPH (New Hampshire) is the Chief Medical Officer for GE Energy’s Global Health Services (GHS). Dr. Hoffman leads a global team of occupational health professionals responsible for programs, services and the operation of over 80 on- site clinics that promote employee health, safety and productivity for over 100,000 employees.

Dr. Hoffman trained at Yale, Brown and Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and is board certified in internal medicine, preventive medicine and occupational health. He sits on numerous boards, lectures worldwide, has published widely and holds a Professorship at the University of Texas School of Public Health (adjunct).

Christine M. Cisneros M.D., Ph.D. M.P.H. (Michigan) is the Medical Director for US HealthWorks in Elkhart, Indiana. She served previously as the Medical Director for Provena United Samaritan Medical Center and as a physician with Midwest Health, where she handled the evaluation and treatment of urgent care and occupational cases.

Dr. Cisneros has worked in occupational medicine environment in multiple settings including in-plant medicals, free standing clinics, and hospital based clinics. She holds board certifications in Occupational and Preventive Medicine. Dr. Cisneros is a certified medical review officer and has a strong background in musculoskeletal injuries and diseases. She also served as a reviewer and has written in peer-reviewed journals.

She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, where she completed her residency training in Occupational and Preventive Medicine. She earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Rackham Graduate School of the University of Michigan. She is an active member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Brian T. Morris, M.D,, J.D., M.B.A., M.P.H. (Massachusetts) is the associate corporate medical director for AllOne Health Resources, Inc., a provider of occupational health services.   He holds three positions that fall under the purview of that position, which include:  medical director for the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad, surgeon general for the Massachusetts State Police, and medical director for Verizon.  He holds board certifications in two specialties: Occupational Medicine and Legal Medicine.  Dr. Morris’ academic background includes degrees in medicine, law, business, and public health.Dr. Morris is a fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine and is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners.  He has researched and written several research papers in the field of dermatology, which have been published in peer-reviewed journals. 

Albert James Osbahr III, M.D., M.S. (North Carolina) is the medical director for Occupational Health Services at Catawba Valley Medical Center and previously served in a similar position for the Haywood Regional Medical Center for 14 years.   He holds board certifications in three specialties:  Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Preventive Medicine and is a certified medical review officer.  He is currently president of the North Carolina Medical Society and the North Carolina State Occupational Society.  From 1983-1990, he served on the American Medical Association (AMA) Council on Medical Service where he addressed clinical guidelines development.  He now serves as chairman-elect for the Council on Science and Public Health, where he is responsible for reviewing literature, evaluating data, writing reports, and making recommendations to the AMA.  Dr. Osbahr served on the Medications Medical Expert Panel that provided recommendations to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.  He was appointed by the Governor of North Carolina to the Public Health Task Force and the Medical Board Review and Selection Panel.  Dr. Osbahr has written numerous journal articles and abstracts for peer-reviewed publications.

Gina C. Pervall, M.D., C.I.M.E. (Maryland) is the medical director for Occupational Medicine Services at the John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory Services. Dr. Pervall is a certified medical review officer and associate physician for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. She has previously served as medical director for the Metro Cardiovascular Center in Washington D.C. She is Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Dr. Perval is also a certified professional supervisor of the Audiometric Monitoring Component of the Hearing Conservation Program, as well as a certified substance abuse professional. Dr. Pervall has written numerous articles for different medical and scientific publications.
