Traveler Redress Notice

On occasion, foreign travelers may have complaints about their treatment at ports of entry as a result of security measures, some of which also generate TSA "no fly" alerts.  Passengers may be delayed, denied boarding, miss flights, consistently be sent to additional security screenings, or even be further detained until such issues are resolved.  The U.S. Department of State does not have authority to act on behalf of a traveler, but anyone encountering these types of problems can request an audit of their case by completing and signing the redress request form located at http://www.dhs.gov/trip and following the website instrcutions for submitting it to the Department of Homeland Security for review.
