The American, or U.S. Citizen Services (ACS) Unit’s assistance includes but is not limited to, Passport services, Notary services, and Consular Reports of Births Abroad. Visits require you to set up an appointment. This way time will be reserved for you and our staff can help you more efficiently. Below you will find how to set up such an appointment. The Consular Section also assists in emergencies, including deaths, arrests and crisis situations.
