Captain David R. Dinklocker
CPT David R. Dinklocker is a native of Charleston, West Virginia. He attended Marshall University graduating in 2006 as a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Army ROTC program. CPT Dinklocker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentration in Finance. Prior to commissioning he enlisted into the Army as an Accounting Specialist in July 1996. His military education includes the Financial Management Basic and Advanced Courses, the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System Course, the Resource Management Tactical Course, Military Accounting and Analysis Course, and the Comptrollers Accreditation Course (Fiscal Law).
