Celebrate Safety is an initiative of Mobile District Construction Division. Launched in 1992, the program has allowed the Mobile District to continuously maintain an accident frequency rate in our contract work which is well below established goals. The program is constantly improving from year to year. The basic premise of the program -- celebrate successes in safe projects and recognize those responsible. The bottom line goal -- zero accidents!
