Track 3: Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute is designed for victim service administrators and leaders who wish to enhance their leadership skills and abilities. You will learn theoretical concepts and practical skills to more effectively lead your organization, team, or work group. The training focuses on four broad topics that are essential to leadership development: knowing yourself; enhancing your communication skills; leading people; and creating, supporting, and managing change. Prior to attending this training, participants are expected to complete Pre-Academy readings and assignments; estimated completion time is 5 hours.
