Plans, Analysis and Integration Office
Part of the Garrison management tier, the PAIO is a principal, direct reporting office responsible for a broad range of functions that affect virtually all aspects of installation management. The core mission of the PAIO is to provide strategic planning, performance management, process management and improvement, quality management and program integration/execution support across all Garrison directorates and installation support staffs for the Garrison Commander.
The Chief of the PAIO conducts these functional responsibilities through two subordinate branches: the Management Analysis Branch and the Planning Integration Branch.

Near-term cost/performance management of programs and initiatives effecting garrison management. (Managing the direction)

Long-term, future-oriented, strategic planning programs and initiatives development conducted on behalf of the garrison. (Setting the direction)
