Much like people, every road, every highway, has its own personality...its own character

Refuge Roads (RR)

The Refuge Roads (RR) Program maintains and improves public roads that provide access to or within a unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) manages and maintains approximately 5,100 miles (paved and unpaved) of public use roads and 87 bridges.
