I truly appreciate everything the United States of America adheres to. The very reason that immigrants and non immigrants would wish to be part of the great america . I am one of the thousands waiting for my non immigrant petition I-129 returned by the DOS for review and possible revocation. Having to wait for a very long period for a result of my case like the others too is a very painful thing to experience with the USCIS not to mention the updating of your system and everything else. I appeal to your kind heart, to give also a preferential attention on petitions returned to uscis. I have been stuck here in our home country for 10 agonizing months and not knowing my fate as of this time and when to go back to my employer and fulfill my commitment to the company. I've always believe in America and its system, my work permit is approved by uscis in the US and got home for a visa stamping. May God Bless America and all us waiting. Have a Merry Christmas and a Fruitful New Year ahead.

EB2 Applicants are waiting for so many years. As you are aware the positions and Qualifications are specially deemed for the Position. I am personally a PHD holder and Dual master completed with 10 years of experience. My Job required me to file for EB2 but I am waiting for years because , EB3 People are jumping the line and getting ahead of me. I am not blaming a single country but policy should be strict to make sure that EB3 Applied pettition are go into AUDIT Every single TIME and they are not adjucated unless they are through.
Most of the time the fraud is 90% of the cases where the EB3==> EB2 conversions are happening.
Please look into the issue.

I still have a very hard time understanding why whenever Entrepreneur visas are talked about, the E2 Treaty Investor Visa is ignored.
We are people who have come to the US bringing foreign investment with us and have worked very hard to develop and expand our businesses, increasing our number of employees, just to be able to renew the visas and stay here.
All these business owners would have so much more motivation if they were able to apply for Green Cards.
We have been lobbying Congress and asking if an E2 Treaty Investor Visa holder has:
been in the US for a minimum of 5 years
been through a successful renewal
made over $500,000 of original and ongoing investment
given over 20 years of employment to US citizens.
They could then be able to apply for Green Cards and be able to look at a long term future in the country where their business has become successful.
This is not a change for every E2 Treaty Investor visa holder, but something that needs to be earned over time.
We are often told 'well you knew the rules when you came' but does that mean rules can never change. You really do not understand what it is like to live in a country without being able to plan long term until you are here, have become successful and would like to be able to stay.
The E2 Treaty Investor businesses range incredibly in size. Just from the people I have been in contact with who would benefit so much from this change, there are businesses turning over $200,000 a year to $16,000,000 and employing anything from 2 - 900 US citizens.
What do we need to do to be recognized?

My case falls into preference category and I have been in an interview since March 15 2011. Why I still can't receive my green card?
Can you publish the processing times & the I-485 inventory on time... both are long due...
I thought the current administrations goal was to create more jobs at home, for the people AT home. Not to bus in immigrants and give them jobs... What's wrong with this world?!
