Personnel Services Delivery Transformation represents a new way of doing business that is transforming the Air Force's personnel processes, organizations and technology to provide a new personnel service delivery model that replaces many labor-intensive processes today. The goal of PSD is to provide better customer service with 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week accessibility for Airmen to conduct personnel transactions via improved Web-based applications and an enhanced Contact Center.

Automated Records Management System (ARMS)

Your Unit Personnel Record Group (UPRG) was maintained at the MPF and housed copies of your DD214, NGB 22, etc. Access to your records is now available electronically 24/7 with computer and internet access. Link is on the AF Portal under applications - it will direct you to AFPC. 


Virtual Personnel Center - Guard & Reserve (vPC-GR), Dashboard

This secure Web site enables members of the Air Reserve Component access to many personnel services from anywhere with Internet access, 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Requires an account for the following applications:

- Duty History Change/Corrections
- Military Service Dates Change/Corrections

- Record of Emergency Data (DD 93) - emergency contact information in the event you become a casualty and for designating beneficiaries for certain benefits in the event of your death. It is your responsibility to keep this information current.

The Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) is a United States Department of Defense (DoD) system used to issue the definitive credential within DoD. RAPIDS uses information stored in the DoD Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) when providing these credentials.

Servicemember's Group Life Insurance (SGLI)

If you elected SGLI then you are liable for the cost of the premium. It is automatically deducted from your ANG check each month and the amount is dependent upon the coverage you elected.

Technician & Traditional - If you DO NOT perform a UTA and do not get a check for that month you are still OBLIGATED to pay the premium. Usually, the premiums are taken out the following UTA if it is performed. Any changes to the SGLI must be done on the SGLI form and by the member such as; cancel, reduce/increase amount, change beneficiary, etc.
