Assigning a New Direct Loan E-Code

Deactivating an Existing Direct Loan Code

If your school is asking for a new Direct Loan (E-code) for one of its existing additional locations, your school’s main campus must currently participate in Direct Loan.  If your main campus was approved (by Case Management) to participate in Direct Loan but is currently not participating, it must send an email to COD School Relations.   Please include as the “Subject” of the email “Request Participation in Direct Loan” and include your school’s full 8 digit OPE number and (if you know it) the COD/RID number.  In addition, a phone number and contact person must be included in the body of the email.  Click here to contact COD School Relations (codsupport@acs-inc.com).

If your school wants to add or deactivate a Direct Loan Code, it must send its request by email to COD School Relations.  Please include as the “Subject” of the email whether you want to deactivate or add a DL Code and include your school’s full 8 digit OPE number and (if you know it) the COD/RID number.  In addition, a phone number and contact person must be included in the body of the email.  Click here to contact COD School Relations (codsupport@acs-inc.com).
