U.S. Consulate General, Merida Congratulates Graduates of the English Access Microscholarship Program

Merida, Yucatan, January 19 , 2013 – Consular Chief Maureen Smith presented certificates to 25 graduates of the U.S. government’s English Access Microscholarship Program and 50 TOEFL Jr. test results from students from the States of Yucatan and Quintana Roo. The event took place in main building of University of Yucatan.
