Applicants for U.S. Passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA), additional Pages for U.S. passports, Notary and other services are seen by appointment only, Monday-Friday, 12:30-2:30 pm, except on Indonesian/U.S. holidays.   Please book your appointment online through Appointment System for U.S. Citizen Services.

Helpful hints for passport or Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) appointment holders:

• be sure to complete all forms;
• bring all required original supporting civil documents, other evidence and required fees;
• make an extra copy of all original documents to leave with us or be prepared to pay $1 for each photocopy;
• click on the first or second entry on the appointment page for passports, as desired;
• click on the third entry on the appointment page for CRBAs: "report the birth abroad of a child";
• upon arrival at the Embassy, follow the red signs to the Consular Section, check in with the cashier at Window 4, who will take the required documents and direct you to the designated customer service window as per your appointment;
