Hours of Operation

  • Non-Immigrant Visa Services

    Business/Tourist, Transit, Student, Exchange Visitor, Crew, Information Media and Temporary Worker Visas:     By Appointment Only. Follow the application process to schedule an appointment.   

    E2 Treaty Investor:  See special instructions.

    Applicants who have already seen a Consular Officer and are returning to continue processing:  Walk in Monday to Thursday (except US and TT holidays) 1:00 to 2:00 PM. 

    Telephone Inquiries: Call 622-6371 or 822- 5907 Monday to Friday (except US and TT holidays) 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
  • Immigrant Visa Services

    U.S. Boarding Foil applications, Returning resident visa applications: Accepted between 7:30 to 9:00 AM, Tuesdays and Thursdays except (US and TT holidays).

    If you have already been interviewed by a consular officer and the officer requested additional documentation: Walk in any Tuesday or Thursday (except US and TT holidays) between 7:30 and 9:00 AM.

    All other immigrant visa services:     By appointment only.
