Overview

If the next step in your career path is to be a Senior Executive in the Federal Government, then you should obtain a focused appraisal of your readiness. This intensive program measures your potential and offers a realistic preview of your future as a Senior Executive.

The intensive one-week program provides an essential gauge of your Senior Executive performance potential and determines your readiness to go through the Executive selection process, including interviewing and obtaining Senior Executive certification/approval.

A realistic job preview of the life of an Executive will be provided so you can make an informed decision about whether it is the right career path for you.

Who Should Attend

Senior staffers, supervisors or managers seriously considering a move within the next year into an executive level position, as well as any individual enrolled in the SES/Executive Development Program.

This course is restricted to GS-15 and above or their equivalent.

Unless stated otherwise (under the date of the program) lodging and meals are included in the tuition. Lodging starts the evening before the program and ends on the last day of the program.
