The Mission invites responsible vendors to provide quotations for the purchase of Table Cloths as is mentioned below;

Issue of Notice and Due by Dates
Issued Date: Monday, August 27, 2012
Site Visit Date: Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 10:00am to 12:30pm
Bidders shall be required to take measurements of the table sizes at the GSO Warehouse located at Plot 63/67, Spring Road, Bugolobi. They are also expected to provide samples of the fabrics that will be used to make the table cloths. Please note that only bidders whose samples shall have passed the test will be considered at the next level.
