Requirement
The Mission invites responsible vendors to provide quotations for Hotel facilities.
Please note the following;
• Conference Dates September 8, 2012 to September 21, 2012
• Hotel should be in the middle of Kampala city
• Provide a conference facility room for 27 people with one (01) break out room to accommodate the same number of people.
• Conference package to include Writing Pads, Pens, markers, Flip Chart stand
• Lunch served with soda or water for 27 people for 10 days
• Two bottles of Mineral water for 27 people per day for 10 days
• Break tea served with snacks for 27 people per day for 10 days
• Afternoon tea served with snacks for 27 people per day for 10 days
• Venue should have ample security and parking
• Please also attach your menu for the lunch and snacks
Note: Lunch, tea with snacks and mineral water will not be served on September 8, September 9, September 15 and September 16, 2012.
