Description
BHSI is the helmet advocacy program of the Washington Area Bicyclist Association. It is a non-profit, consumer-funded program providing bicycle helmet information. It provides materials on the technology of helmets and promotes better helmets through improved standards. One of its services is maintaining a listing state and local helmet laws on its website.
