Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Family HousingThe staff at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) is available and ready to provide assistance with housing options and local resources to support the transition to your new home and community.

The Navy is the lead service for all of your housing needs and provides support for JBAB and Bellevue residents.

Upon arrival, all service members should report to building 21, the Mac Dill Blvd Housing Management Office or building 414, the Anacostia Housing Service Center. This visit is necessary to receive counseling and guidance before entering into any written lease or rental/sales contract for housing.
