Commercial drivers may challenge data considered to be incorrect that was released to the FMCSA and lists them as a driver.

Motor Carriers may get additional information not available to General Public users through DataQs. To obtain validated Motor Carrier access rights motor carriers must enter their FMCSA provided Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not know your PIN click here. Sixty days of temporary validation can be obtained by faxing a request letter on company letterhead that is signed by an official of the company to (617) 494-2892.
