NOTE:  Password reset requests are processed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.   Your new password will be sent to the email address that exists in your user profile within one business day.  Note that you will receive a confirmation email after you submit the form.  A follow-up email will be sent with a temporary password once your request is processed.  If you also requested your username, a third email will be sent.  Be sure to allow @dot.gov emails, otherwise they may be marked as spam/junk/bulk mail.
