Resource Management Office
The Resource Management Office is the principle staff element for installation resource management activities. It develops, coordinates, and provides resource management policy and assistance to all installation activities and provides professional guidance and advice on appropriated fund matters to the garrison commander and staff. It ensures a balanced and executable program, establishes and implements resource management policies and programs, and ensures an integrated financial management process on the installation.
