Community-Based Outpatient Clinic

The purpose of the Community Based Outpatient Clinics is to provide primary health care to eligible veterans using available resources. Primary health care means non-emergent care for veterans with stable chronic health problems or minor acute illnesses.

The CBOC is not equipped to provide emergency services. If emergency services are needed, you should seek treatment at the nearest hopital emergency room.

Veterans wishing to enroll for care in this clinic may call or visit the any weekday.

Turn From Kahului Airport terminal area, go toward airport exit via Keolani Place (go 1.3 miles). Continue southwesterly onto Dairy Road. Turn Right onto Alahama Road.  Turn left on Wakea Avenue (go .3 mile). Turn Right on Ho'ohana Street (go .1 mile).
