Ways to Fill a Prescription:
  1. By telephone (see number above) to order by mail.
  2. Mail in refill Slip to Pharmacy Service
  3. Request at the front window for MAIL out
  4. My HealtheVet online refill: http://www.myhealth.va.gov/
 
Co-Payment Options:
  1. Via Cashier's Window (Across from Pharmacy if you are at the Ambulatory Care Center in Honolulu).
  2. Via monthly bill to be sent to your mailing address.

There have been reports of someone calling veterans saying they are from the VA Pharmacy. They have asked for credit card information in regard to prescription co-payment. This is NOT TRUE.
